Eco-Friendly Chillers: Active Aqua chillers are both environmentally conscious and perfect for ensuring your reservoir's nutrient solution maintains the ideal temperature. Their innovative design incorporates R134a refrigerant. The user-friendly temperature system in each unit allows for personalized temperature range adjustments as needed.

Enhanced Features: Housed within each unit is a significant refrigeration capacity (recommended volume: 26.4?105.6 gal), an anti-corrosive pure titanium evaporator suitable for both fresh and saltwater, and a boosted function that speeds up the chilling process for faster attainment of the optimal nutrient solution temperature.

Efficient Flow Rate: These chillers boast a rate of flow of 1/10 HP (132?396 GPH), supplying impressive performance and efficient cooling.

Capacity and Compatibility: The chillers are rated 1,020 BTU per hour and have a 10 psi maximum PSI rating. Recommended pump usage includes AAPW160, AAPW250, or AAPW400. Additionally, both 3/4" and 1/2" fittings are incorporated into the design.

Design and Dimensions: Each chiller sports a compact design of 17"L x 10"W x 15"H. For cooling capabilities, please refer to the performance chart located within the product information tab. An important factor to consider is that your solution's initial ambient temperature will inherently influence the duration of the first chilling process.

In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). If your item(s) are immediately available, we will process your order and arrange for soonest possible shipment. Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

Order Shipment:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA and currently only service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Any refunds that may be issued will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order and only after the return has been confirmed to be received back in its original condition.
